Refund policy

We accept returns of unused magnets in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email thetruthhealsshop@gmail.com with your order number. Buyers pay return shipping unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect. In that case, email us a photo within 30 days and we'll send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping. Refunds go to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the return. Used or applied magnets can't be returned unless defective. You can cancel your order for a full refund any time before it ships, using the same email.
